According to Import Law Decree 1.804/80, Brazilian consumers are allowed to import products up to USD $50 without taxation. Most of our products are well below this limit.
In some cases, the status “Tax Issues” may be related to ICMS regulations, requiring state tax collection. When this occurs, the shipment may be temporarily held by tax authorities.

If the tax is unavoidable, the payment will be the responsibility of the final consumer.
